Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bcd77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bcd77 website at bcd77.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and content made available through the platform. By accessing the bcd77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Account Registration and Security

Deposits and Withdrawals

bcd77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount at bcd77 is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bcd77 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

Withdrawals at bcd77 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out below. bcd77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days. • Withdrawals may only be processed after KYC identity verification has been completed successfully. Incomplete or unverified accounts will not be able to request a withdrawal.
• If a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be completed in full before any withdrawal from the bonus-related balance is permitted. Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being voided.
• bcd77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account, particularly for large or unusual deposit amounts. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• Deposits made in error by bcd77 (for example, a double credit caused by a technical error) will be reversed. If such an erroneous credit has been wagered before the error is identified, bcd77 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and recover the incorrectly credited amount.
• bcd77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on your registered bcd77 account must match the name associated with your payment method. Deposits from accounts in names other than your own will be refused and returned.

Bonuses and Promotions

bcd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account at the time of modification, the original terms of that specific bonus will continue to apply to the already-credited amount.

• Bonuses credited in error or bonuses that are subsequently determined to have been claimed in breach of these Terms will be removed from the player's account balance. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited or ineligible bonus will be voided.
• Cash deposits that have not been associated with a bonus offer are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the general withdrawal conditions in Section 4 of these Terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bcd77 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General betting rules at bcd77 include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bcd77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases where bcd77 has credited an incorrect price or where an event is cancelled before commencement.

Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension and Termination

bcd77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive behaviour; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or receipt of a court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring bcd77 to take action in relation to an account.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. bcd77 is not obligated to return any balance where the account was closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player.

Amendments to These Terms

bcd77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bcd77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a notice posted on the bcd77 platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the bcd77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
